We were having connectivty issues the last thursday and friday.

and we would like to know if is the service that u guys give becase is not acceptable.

Thank you for reporting the problem and sorry for the inconvenience. For the last few days, our colocation / network provider Hurricane Electric was hit with a massive DDoS attack, which affected their core routers performance. DriveHQ servers and systems were fine by themselves. Unfortunately, Hurricane Electric's network problem also affected us. So you might experience intermitten network problems for the last few days. Just want to further explain what is DDoS: http://searchsecurity.techtarget.com/definition/distributed-denial-of-service-attack

A DDoS attack usually does not cause any security issues. It only causes the targetted website / device (in this case, Hurricane's core routers) to be overloaded with million of requests.
