Please note "My Storage" is not a real folder. It is like "My Computer" which is not a real folder. Please don't enter anything for FTP folder / directory. DriveHQ FTP Service is a full-feature Virtual FTP Server Hosting service, you can access the root folder directly. You can also try / or \, or use a real folder you create on DriveHQ.
