Is anyone manning the phones there?  I have emailed customer support 3 times and faxed and no reply.....  hello, anyone reading this?

We replied all your emails promptly. Unfortunately it seems the emails were filtered to the spam / bulk email folder, or it was automatically deleted. Please make sure you check your spam email folder, or contact Yahoo email for technical support.
