The sample email should be displayed in an online HTML editor if you use Internet Explorer. You can copy and paste the HTML email into Outlook / MS Word, etc. If you copy to Notepad, it will only have plain text.
We have noticed a problem if you use some other web browsers. The Online HTML editor doesn't seem to work well in some other web browsers. We will fix it later.
