When I select a folder for backup, only the subfolders were backed up and not the files in the selected folder. Am I missing something?

No. When you backup a folder, it should backup the sub-files in the folder. We cannot duplicate the problem. Could you please provide more detailed info? A screenshot showing how you select the folder (and which folder) will be great. You can email to support@drivehq.com
