Error message keeps popping up stating that Invalid Characters are contained in the email address (the email address IS valid) - can't share my file. No 'Help' options available.

Please only enter email address part, don't include the person's name. A valid email address in this case is like xxx@xxx.xxx 

If you still have problem, please email us a screen shot showing the email you entered.
