This is to fight service abuse. There were many bad users publish phishing websites.

To publish website / files on DriveHQ, you must be a Paid User or True User. A True User is still a free service user. You can become a True User in two ways: (1) Deposit $3 or more into your DriveHQ account; (2) Update your registered email address to a private domain company email address. Free email addresses or ISP email addresses are not valid.

I checked it and noticed that you have a free account. In order to prevent some users from hosting bad contents (e.g. pirated software, movie, porn stuff, etc.), free users are not allowed to publish. Free users cannot publish files, folders and website.

It is recommended to order our paid service, which starts at only $2.99/month. It also offers a lot more monthly download bytes than the free service.

You can also update your email address to a "custom domain business email address". This will update your account type to True Account. True Members can publish files / folders and website.

Another way to become a True member is to make a non-refundable deposit of $3 into your DriveHQ account. Just logon www.drivehq.com, go to My Account, then click on Deposit.

Bt default, the website is already published for paid members. You can access it at: http://USERNAME.drivehq.com/

For True Accounts, the website need to be disabled and then re-enabled. Just logon www.drivehq.com, go to My Storage, then click on Publish --> Publish My Website.
