Why are the modify times wrong when I hover over my pictures?  What time zone is used?

If you use DriveHQ.com website, the time-zone used is California.

If you use DriveHQ FileManager client software, then it is your local time zone.

can the time be changed to Eastern time zone when using the DriveHQ.com website?
