For web hosting, you need to add a DNS A-Record such that www.YOUR_DOMAIN.com resolves to 66.220.9.55.
For email hosting, you need to add a DNS A Record for the email server name, which resolves to 66.220.9.56; then add an MX Record to indicate which server(name) is the Mail Server.
