Please note the other user must also be a DriveHQ member to upload files to your shared folder. He/she must logon his/her own DriveHQ account, and access your shared folder from the \DriveHQ Share\YOUR_USERNAME folder to gain upload/write access.
If the other user doesn't have a DriveHQ account, you can create one account for them by using DriveHQ Group Account service.
