5000x7000, wow, that is very impressive! I believe the system set a limit on max resolution. This is to prevent abusing. We will lift the limit for premium users. Please wait for a couple days and try again.

It's Digital Art I create and at that resolution a print is still razor-sharp at 70x50cm (28"x 20") !

Sorry, we are in the middle of a new version website upgrade, which has caused some delays in fixing this problem -- it's resolved already, but it will still take a few more days to be on the production www servers. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, I sent you an email about it. It should now support Very High resolution images, up to 40M Pixels for premium users. Please note, even if it cannot generate thumbnails for images with super high resolutions, the orginal images can still be uploaded / downloaded with no problems.

I send you a test-image yesterday but it still doesn't work. This is a screenshot I took this morning (9:40 CET)

I know you can still download the images but since I'm asking money for it nobody is going to download anything without having seen the thumbnails.

Sorry we fixed the bug when you upload from FileManager, but forgot to fix it from other clients. Now it should work even if you upload from web browsers. We are working on a fix for FTP as well. It will be just a few more days. Thank you.

Please note DriveHQ always support any size files, including any size original images or videos.

When a user uploads an image of very large size, either the physical file is very large, e.g. 20MB or the resolution is very high, then image will still be uploaded, but DriveHQ will not generate thumbnail and preview-size images. When you view the image online, you cannot see the thumbnail and preview. You can, however, download the original image file. (This is to prevent our servers from being attacked by some malicious hackers.)

When you upload images to an encrypted folder, DriveHQ cannot generate thumbnail and preview-size images as the image is encrypted and the server cannot decrypt it.
