I have a folder in my storage which I published but is not searchable.

I need security in addition to this to limit access to only one person.

How can I accomplish this please?

Thanks,

Applause Software

Peter

I think I got it!

Can anyone please tell me what the name of my 2 folders are?  Hope you can't.

If you want the folder to be accessible to only one person (or a few persons), please use the share feature, not the publish feature.

If you want to share with different people and set different access permissions, then please use DriveHQ Group Account service. With DriveHQ group account service, you can create different sub-users; you can create different folders in your own account and share different folders to different users. You can set different level access rights, including read-only and full access rights, etc.

It requires logon to see the folder name.

"It requires Logon to see the folder names"

Thanks, but in my tests, no other logon other than one in my contacts group can get access to the data in those folders.

Have I successfully hidden this folder from anyone other than my contacts ?

Thanks,
