I just signed up for a free account and i'm using Ubuntu on the cmd line. Whenever I try to connect using the cmd:

ftp ftp.drivehq.com

I get the following message:

ftp.drivehp.com: Name or service not known

What could I be doing wrong?

Assunto: Re:ftp Name or service not known

Please use" ftp.drivehq.com" not "ftp.drivehp.com".
