Can you please help me to delete this free account. I am not intrested in this product. I did delete it on my phone yesterday by email, but it still pop up on my computer. 

You don't need to delete a free account as it will be deactivated automatically. But if you want to delete it immediately, you can use this link:

If you have anything pop up on your PC, it must be caused by an APP. Please make sure you uninstall all CameraFTP or DriveHQ APPs. Canceling an account cannot automatically uninstall APPs on your PC.

DriveHQ/CameraFTP APPs always use the standard Installers/uninstallers. For Desktop Apps, you can open Control Panel, then Click Add/Remove Programs; for Microsoft Store Apps (APPs you downloaded from the Microsoft Store, similar to APPs on your phone), you can locate it from the Start Menu/Start Screen, or search for the app, then right click on the App icon to uninstall it.
