1- whitch one should I use? remote ftp server OR remote ftp server secure?!
You can try Remote FTP server first; if it works, you can also try FTP over SSL.

The regular FTP port is 21
3- Remote Server? is it ftp.drivehq.com ? or something else?
Yes. and you can logon with any DriveHQ username / password.
