I'd like to know how to synchronize a remote folder with multiple local folders on multiple computers, and how all members in the group can maintain one synchronized remote folder so that all members in the group have the same synchronized local contents.

To synchronize folders on multiple computers and/or multiple accounts, you need to use the Group Account service. Each user should synchronize to a subfolder in the GroupWrite folder. (or any other shared folder with full-access rights.)
