How many free acounts can we have?
I have this one for personal, and would like a second one for
images and other items I use on forums.

My current one somehow gets a spam mail sent to it every 30 min.

Each person is only allowed one free account. We know somebody might have created multiple free accounts, they take the risks of having some accounts deleted.
