I'm getting this error when I try to connect.

Failed: FTP response 421 received: Server closed connection

What could be wrong? I have upgraded to a paid account. I'm using an affiliate network and using their interface to place data in the folder. I can log in using an ftp client from my home computer. No problems there.

Please help. Thanks.

Sujet: Re: 421 error
Please send more detailed error info (FTP log) to DriveHQ customer support. It seems to be not our problem as you can connect via regular FTP client.
