If from your intranet you can still access the Internet, then it should work just fine.
DriveHQ FileManager and Online Backup uses HTTP / HTTPS, usually they are not blocked by your network. However, some anti-virus software might still block them.
Otherwise, you might still be able to use some off-line features. But the main features will not work.
