I believe you also sent an email to Support. Please note when you delete a file online, the file is really deleted from our online storage.

Sorry we cannot recover the file for you. There are some file recovery programs, however, they won't work on our storage system because of the huge volume and also because our storage system is always busy. The deleted file space could have already been used by other files.

Please try some file recovery software on your local computer.
