When using my own domain name, my current host allows me to set up a large number of email addresses (and also alias addresses) from their administration section.  I have not upgraded my service with you, as I get the impression that your service will only allow one email address per account, unless I pay extra for the group accounts.

Is this correct?

Yes, each user account can have only one email address. If you need more than one email account, please upgrade to the group account service. Group Account service is free with one sub-user license.
