Hi, the service is optimized for Internet Explorer. Sorry we have not tested Opera. You can also try Firefox.
If it's on Windows, then it is strongly recommended using FileManager 3.5 or WWWBackup 3.5. This way, no need to worry which browser to use.
On all other OS platforms, please use DriveHQ FTP service. You can logon ftp.drivehq.com using any third party FTP client software.
