I get the following error for all of my Backup Tasks:

Fail to Upload log file C:\Documents and Settings\Gary Moore\Application Data\DriveHQ\DriveHQ WWWBackup\2826937\backup_Backup Laptop My Docs.log to \DriveHQData\DriveHQ WWWBackup\Info: Unknown error.

I';ve just set up this account and would like to upload several folders of photos.  When I choose the first folder I get an error message saying it failed to upload.

Suggestions please.

Are you using an older version of DriveHQ Online Backup? The current version is DriveHQ Online Backup 4.5.

If after you install the latest version DriveHQ Online Backup and still have problem, please email us a screenshot of the problem. Also, please try DriveHQ FileManager 4.5 and manually drag and drop files / folders to DriveHQ. Please let us know if it works.
