Hi - I would like to host my custom domain (www.coceri.com) with Drive HQ.  I have pointed my dns to 66.220.9.55 as indicated on the CustomDomain tab of the Edit Web Info page.  I've ping'ed my url and it does resolve to that IP.

However, when I enter www.coceri.com (or http://www.coceri.com) in the Web Domain Name field and click Update, I receive this error:

    'www.coceri.com' does not resolve to the hosting IP: 66.220.9

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?  It appears like it might be a problem on the server side...

Please note DNS changes usually take 24 hours to update. Please wait for 24 hours and retry. It should be working fine automatically.

This might be a different topic --

If you just need a tool to upload your web pages to your current hosting provider, then you should ask their customer support for a tool to upload files.

If you would like to host your files on DriveHQ, please publish your website, and then using DriveHQ FileManager 4.0 or any FTP software to upload your website files to the \wwwhome folder on DriveHQ online storage. Verify that your website is live at:

http://USERNAME.drivehq.com/

Then you need to configure your DNS so that www.YOUR_DOMAIN.com points to 66.220.9.55, which can be done from your domain registrar company's website. (Ask them for support) - DNS setting changes usually take 24 hours, so please wait patiently.

Once this done, logon www.drivehq.co, go to Online Storage & Sharing, click on Publish --> Publish My Website --> Custom Domain.
