I need to run a daily backup on one of my servers. The server is located in a remote location, which I can connect using terminal server.

I use DriveHQ online backup 3.8 so that I can access the backup data from the main office via DriveHQ FileManager, very easy. Now I have one question: can DriveHQ backup send a notification email to me if it has finished or failed backing up files? If this feature is not available, I would appreciate if you can add it. Thank you.

A few people have requested this feature, and we have supported it in the recent version of DriveHQ Online Backup 3.8.  Please upgrade to the latest version if you have not done so. Otherwise, the feature is available at:

Logon DriveHQ Online Backup 3.8, click on Options, then click on Error Log, check the two checkboxes as you like:  Send backup status report: when an error happens; after a task finishes.
