Hi.

Im trying to connect a device to my FTP server. It is requesting an IP, and I cant enter in the domain name because it throws back an error. Is there a way to find out my FTP servers IP?

Yes, it is easy. Just open a command window and type in ping ftp.drivehq.com, you should be able to find the IP.

Our FTP IP address is: 66.220.9.50

Hi i am using driveHQ and is working perfect my question is can i find the ip from my clients connecting to drivehq ftp ?
