Hi,

I have a 'True Group Account' and have deposited $10. I've saved a number of files in my Groupwrite folder and I'd like to view or download them however whenever I try to do this I'm directed to the subscriptions page. Do I need to subscribe to view or download files? I thought the free account came with 1GB of downloads per month?

Please can you advise what I need to do to be able to view and download my files?

The reason why the subscription page keeps showing up is because you've reached your maximum space. You'll need to re-allocate spaces in between the group member's account and yours. For more information, please see "Tutorial- Group Account".
